Das DimLux-Beleuchtungssystem wird automatisch gedimmt, sobald eine bestimmte Temperatur überschritten wird. Wenn die Temperatur immer noch zu hoch ist, schaltet der Maxi Controller alle oder die Hälfte der Leuchten aus, bis die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht ist. Die DimLux Expert-Leuchten oder Xtreme-Vorschaltgeräte können direkt an eine Wandsteckdose angeschlossen werden. Es muss nur die Zeit eingegeben werden, zu der diese ein- und ausgeschaltet werden sollen, und das Set ist einsatzbereit. Der Maxi Controller verfügt außerdem über eine Thermostat-\/Hygrostatfunktion. Es ist auch möglich, den CO2-Gehalt in einem geschlossenen Raum über einen äußerst genauen CO2-Doppelstrahlsensor zu regulieren.
